IntraHome Systems was the first company I worked with that wanted to know my tastes and preferences when it came to an audio system before trying to tell me what I needed. They understood my interests and then went a step farther and introduced me to products that I hadn’t been aware of, but were right up my alley. They respected my price point and when we wanted to add a speaker in the study they found a way to do it without breaking the bank. They loved the project as much as I did. I think in the end, I would say that nothing was forgotten – my desire to have an amazing projector system and my interest in listening to WBGO jazz radio day and night. When the projector had difficulties 2 years after the purchase, I called them on a Monday morning, they scheduled a service technician that afternoon, and the replacement was installed by Wednesday. The thoughtfulness and professionalism didn’t stop at the installation. I highly recommend them!
IntraHome Systems installed and completed a major, complex installation throughout our new residence. It’s complete with Television, Music, Motorized Shades, Climate Control and Lighting Control. The system is state of the art with loads of bells and whistles. The job was completed from wiring to completion seamlessly. The staff at IntraHome are knowledgeable, professional and NICE! They were a pleasure to deal with, always ready to help with any questions or issues. They were without a doubt the best sub contractor of our entire project. The customer service is of the highest quality. They are always willing to come no matter what the issue is and even when the problem turns out to be me they couldn’t be more understanding. Eric the project manager, is the best. He is unflappable and always ready to go the extra mile as well as all the technicians that work on his team.
Working with IntraHome has been terrific… between the amazing technology they have introduced into our lives as well as the ” A Team” that brought it to us….we cannot speak highly enough of them. It has been ten years since we began working with IntraHome when they installed a complete entertainment system in the new home we built. We have come up the technology learning curve with them since that time and have enjoyed every iteration of new technology as it has come to market and then to our system as an upgrade. So much fun when the IntraHome boys come! Far and away, the best part about working with IntraHome is their 5-star customer service commitment, and the fabulous team that delivers on this. Over ten years of service and on a scale of 1-10, they still get a 10!
Hands down the most professional and personal service we have ever experienced with a home installation. The project was managed impeccably from start to finish. Upon completion of the project we had an amazing new home theatre system and a complete understanding of how to use everything.
